If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you want a refund for the current billing period, please contact us separately.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. By using the Service immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you may lose this right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, in accordance with Art. 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
